Orders and Payments
Order Process
All orders must be confirmed in writing through our official channels. Pricing is subject to confirmation based on specifications, quantities, and customization requirements.
Payment Terms
- Initial deposit required upon order confirmation
- Progress payments may be required for large orders
- Final payment due before shipment
Customization Services
We offer extensive customization options including custom colors, logos, and configurations. All customization requests must be approved through our design review process.
Important: Custom orders are non-refundable and may have extended lead times. Specifications must be finalized before production begins.
Delivery and Shipping
We provide global shipping services to over 60 countries. Delivery terms are agreed upon during order confirmation and may vary based on destination and order size.

Warranty and Quality
Quality Assurance
All products undergo 100% factory inspection using professional testing platforms. We use premium components including Toyota-grade controllers and motors, and top-3 global EVE lithium battery cells.
Certifications
Warranty terms vary by product and are specified in individual purchase agreements. We provide comprehensive support for all certified products.
Limitation of Liability
Shining Vehicle's liability is limited to the purchase price of the products. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products.
Customers are responsible for ensuring products meet local regulations and safety requirements in their jurisdiction.
Intellectual Property
All designs, specifications, and manufacturing processes remain the intellectual property of Shining Vehicle unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Customer-provided logos and designs will be used solely for the agreed manufacturing purposes and will not be shared with third parties.
Compliance and Certifications
Our products comply with international standards and hold certifications including EPA, LSV, SGS, and DOT. We maintain ISO9001, CE, and WMI certifications for our manufacturing processes.
Customers are responsible for ensuring compliance with local regulations and obtaining any additional certifications required in their markets.
Termination
Either party may terminate agreements with written notice. Orders in production may be subject to cancellation fees based on completion status.
Upon termination, all outstanding payments become immediately due and confidentiality obligations remain in effect.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China. Any disputes will be resolved through arbitration in accordance with international commercial arbitration rules.
If any provision of these terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
